I'm trying to edit a contact...Sears Gold MasterCard. Trying to change the date on the vendor credit account and starting balance and I can't save without selecting a tax account. But the drop down menu only goes from 0101-2575 then it jumps to 9996......everything in between is not viewable. And I need 5100.

The ( Balance Tax Account) selected here is for the trial balance and balance of the accounting. As you can see by the note that is directly beside it, you must select the Accounts Payable or create a separate liability or credit card tax account for the credit card.


The tax account for the vendor contact that will be associated with the 5100 Project Materials, and show up when you create a bill is the one above this called ( Default Tax Account for Bills)
